How to Use Repair and Release Cream
Step-by-Step Routine
1
Cleanse
Use a gentle, sulphate-free cleanser to remove makeup and impurities. Pat dry — don't rub.
2
Tone (optional)
If you use a toner, apply it now. Avoid astringent or alcohol-based toners.
3
Apply Repair & Release Cream
Dispense a pea-sized amount. Dot on forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck. Gently press and smooth upward — never drag.
4
Eye area
Use a tiny amount (rice grain) under the eyes and on crow's feet. The peptide complex is gentle enough for the orbital area.
5
SPF (AM only)
In the morning, follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+. Peptides don't cause photosensitivity, but sun damage undoes their work.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Applying too much — a pea-sized amount is sufficient for the full face and neck.
- Skipping the neck and décolletage — these areas age just as fast.
- Mixing with retinol in the same routine — alternate AM/PM instead.
- Expecting overnight results — peptides need 4–8 weeks of consistent use.
