The case for peptides
After 50, collagen production declines by 1–2% per year and sebum output falls as estrogen levels drop. Most anti-aging products rely on hydration alone — wonderful for comfort, but powerless against the structural changes driving visible aging.
Peptides work differently. They signal skin cells directly — stimulating collagen synthesis, softening expression lines, and supporting the barrier functions mature skin gradually loses. This isn't marketing. It's the mechanism documented in peer-reviewed literature since the early 2000s.
